Apprenticeship FAQs

How do I apply?

You can either Join our mail list to be included in any updates on apprenticeship opportunities via email, or apply directly as roles go live on our Careers Page. Both routes give you access to exciting openings across the UK.

What levels of apprenticeships are there?

We offer a range of programmes starting from Level 2 and upwards, covering various disciplines within estate agency, property services, IT, Finance and more. Whether you're just beginning or looking to build on existing skills, there's a pathway for you.

Will I earn as I learn?

Absolutely. You’ll earn from Day 1, gaining practical experience while receiving structured training—so you can build your career without compromising your income.

What does a career in Estate Agency look like?

A career with Connells Group means joining the largest and most successful estate agency in the UK. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced industry where you help people find their dream homes, grow your professional network, and unlock opportunities across sales, lettings, mortgage services, and beyond.

How will I balance working and learning?

We support all apprentices with 6 hours per week of dedicated on-the-job learning, built into your schedule. This ensures you can develop your skills without sacrificing performance or progression.

What is the structure and duration of the training?

Our apprenticeships combine on-the-job experience with structured learning delivered by accredited training providers. You’ll receive 6 hours per week of protected learning time, embedded into your working schedule. Programme durations vary depending on the level and role, but most run between 12 to 24 months, with clear milestones and support throughout.
