Connells Group continues UK expansion with Malvern acquisition
Connells Group, the UK’s leading property services group, has acquired Denny & Salmond, a highly regarded estate and letting agent in Malvern, Worcestershire, as part of its continued strategic growth across key local markets.
The acquisition strengthens Connells Group’s presence in Malvern and the wider Worcestershire area, adding a well-established, reputable business with a strong local profile and a healthy sales and lettings pipeline.
Denny & Salmond will continue to trade under its existing brand, with all four members of staff retained as part of the transition, while the business' directors, Helen Denny & Luise Salmond, are selling as part of a planned retirement.
